A single chicken is not always as shown above,
and though there are those who wish to eat,
many are unable to fill their stomachs.
So Youngjoong, for the sake of the hungry,
began frying two chickens at once,
and thus people could buy and eat with ease,
their bellies warmed and satisfied.
Twice the taste! Twice the amount!
닭 한 마리가 위와 같지 아니하여
먹고자 하는 이 있어도
능히 배를 채우지 못하는 자가 많으니라.
이에 영중이가 굶주린 이를 위하여
한 번에 닭을 두 마리씩 튀기니,
사람마다 쉬이 사 먹어
그 위를 푸근히 하게 함이니라.

Young Joong is the team leader of Dream Market's Deli & Chicken crew. Most customers reckon he looks a bit intimidating at first glance—"Blimey, he's a bit scary-looking"—but everyone's pleasantly surprised once they have a yarn with him.
Despite looking like he spends half his life at the kitchen, he's actually a real softhearted bloke who mutters "Aigo..." whenever a single piece of chicken drops. He's Dream Market's resident tsundere through and through.
As the namesake and mascot of "YJ Double Chicken", he's known around the team as "the bloke who knows chicken best."
- Looks intimidating, but his actions are more thoughtful than anyone's
- Gets completely absorbed when cooking chicken ("The little ones need to cook evenly...")
- Not much of a talker, but always looks after the team
- When the oil splashes, worries about the chicken first
- Pays careful attention to how each piece is arranged in the bucket when packing
- Quietly good to customers too—just doesn't make a fuss about it
